No hard pressure sales, rather she goes to great lengths to ensure you purchase the right couch. I opted for an installation service which was definitely worth the extra money. The guys that delivered and installed the couch were friendly and professional and they did not leave until I was 100% happy. I highly recommend this company because I feel they sell first class couches which is so important for client safety.
