All Avalon electric treatment couches are designed with the highest quality components and assembled using the most advanced manufacturing techniques.

We are so confident in the durability and reliability of our products that we won’t push you into purchasing additional, expensive service contracts. Rest assured, if you experience any motor issues within the first three years of use, we will repair or replace the necessary parts free of charge, ensuring uninterrupted use of your Avalon couch.

Additionally, for reassurance after the 3 years, we offer a convenient call-out service where one of our highly skilled engineers can visit your premises to perform a full-service check or repair at a time that suits you.

The prices we offer are based on the expert work of our own engineers, we are only able to service/repair Darley & Avalon Couches.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of Linak & Hiwin spare parts and can promptly supply any needed components, though the need for such replacements is highly unlikely given the robust construction of our treatment couches.

*Please note, we are only able to offer servicing and repairs to certain areas. However, we have a fully trained team of experts at the end of the phone, who would be more than happy to run through some diagnostics with you, should you ever need them.
