What a great company! I ordered one of their beds through natural living and honestly given my previous experience with a different company they were fabulous in comparison. Both natural living and Avalon reached out to me to organise the bed being delivered, bonus was Avalon ringing me to let me know they also offer installation at a fee which given the weight and size of the bed this just makes sense! (Previous company didn’t even offer this). The process was so simple, bed was set up by the guys in no time and communication with them was tip top. The bed itself is amazing and paying for extra topping on the bed is definitely worth it! They took their shoes off too without me saying a thing which brownie points from me!

I recently ordered a massage couch head attachment from Avalon Couches and realised that I only needed a cover protector so I cancelled my order!

I contacted the helpline and explained the situation and a lovely and helpful lady named Larissa King who was extremely prompt in arranging a full refund for me!

First class service from Larissa at Avalon couches. I have a 17 year old treatment room couch which is still going strong and looks great. It stopped wanting to go down, which is a massive problem in a treatment room! I emailed Avalon and Larissa was on the phone by 9am the next day. I could have an engineer with me by the following day if need be. We discussed the problem more and got a better diagnosis which was something we could sort and fit ourselves. I ordered the part and immediately received a message to say the order had been received and with the tracking info. I would highly recommend this company and Larissa who have made me able to keep on working!
