How long will my delivery take?

On bespoke made to order Avalon treatment tables, we are currently experiencing lead-times of up to 4 weeks.
We do hold a large selection of couches in stock which are available for dispatch within a few days.
If you are working to a tight deadline please contact us to go through your requirements.

How will my couch be delivered?

We offer a selection of delivery options depending on your location. We offer pallet delivery, and installation services to selected locations within the UK Mainland.

The quickest way to see what is available in your area would be to add the couch to your basket and click through to the shopping cart. From there you can select your county from the drop down bar to see what is available, along with all associated costs involved. 

Please check your deliveries carefully before signing. Please check that no damage has occurred in transit whilst the driver is present. If the parcel is damaged either refuse it or sign for it as “damaged”.

We also ask that you inspect your couch thoroughly after unpacking and if goods are not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that we are unable to accept any claims after this time.

Do you offer installation?

Yes installation is available in some locations. To see if installation is available in your area, please enter your address at checkout, you will then be able to see delivery and installation options in your area.

Can you remove my old couch?
Removal of old couches is only available if you have selected installation of a new couch. So removal will vary dependant on location. Once installation is selected you then have the option to have your old couch recycled.
How do I clean the upholstery?
Use warm soapy water and/or Haz-tab or Clor-clean solution and a household cloth.
Rub evenly in the direction of the grain of the material
Rinse with clean water afterwards
Can also be steam cleaned
DO NOT USE bleaches, solvents, abrasives, wax polishes or aerosol sprays
Zoflora is suitable in a diluted state. It should not be placed directly onto the fabric, unless it is diluted.
Do the couches meet fire regs?
Yes. All Avalon Couches conform to BS7176 2007 medium hazard CRIB5.
Are Avalon Couches supplied with a guarantee?
Avalon offers customers a three year warranty on the metal framework against defects in workmanship or materials.
Electric motors carry a three year guarantee.
Under the terms of the warranty wear and tear of cushions is not covered.
This guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse of the table.
Can I specify a delivery day?

Yes. We will never dispatch an Avalon Couch without speaking to you first.

What is Avalon's refund policy?

• In the event of a cancellation of an order prior to despatch a 25% charge of the cancelled goods’ value will be incurred. Cancellations after despatch cannot be accepted. We are unable to accept responsibility for customers ordering goods to the wrong size, colour or specification.
• An order acknowledgment is issued on confirmation of your order, please check this thoroughly and advise any alterations/corrections immediately.
Returns:
• All orders and refunds are subject to the Avalon conditions above. Agreed refunds will be subject to a 25% administration charge and postage costs. Refunds will only be made on goods returned in unused condition. Request for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and return charges must be paid by the customer.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging and be securely packed.
• Avalon cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to parcels being returned. Goods returned under warranty – all warranties and indemnities are valid throughout the European community, however outside the UK mainland postage and packing is payable.
