How long will my delivery take?
On bespoke made to order Avalon treatment tables, we are currently experiencing lead-times of up to 4 weeks.
We do hold a large selection of couches in stock which are available for dispatch within a few days.
If you are working to a tight deadline please contact us to go through your requirements.
How will my couch be delivered?
We offer a selection of delivery options depending on your location. The quickest way to see what is available in your area would be to add the couch to your basket and click through to the shopping cart. From there you can select your county from the drop down bar to see what is available, along with all associated costs involved.

How do I clean the upholstery?
Rub evenly in the direction of the grain of the material
Rinse with clean water afterwards
Can also be steam cleaned
DO NOT USE bleaches, solvents, abrasives, wax polishes or aerosol sprays
Zoflora is suitable in a diluted state. It should not be placed directly onto the fabric, unless it is diluted.
Do the couches meet fire regs?
Are Avalon Couches supplied with a guarantee?
Electric motors carry a three year guarantee.
Under the terms of the warranty wear and tear of cushions is not covered.
This guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse of the table.
