At Avalon Couches, we understand that receiving such a large, heavy item can be a daunting task, which is why we offer two convenient delivery options to suit your needs.
Whether you're managing a busy schedule or simply need to receive goods at a specific time, our reliable and customer-focused approach ensures your delivery needs are met with utmost professionalism.
Pallet Delivery 🚚
Our Pallet Delivery service ensures your items are securely packed and safely transported to your doorstep. Please note, this is a door to door service, with a local haulage company. Therefore you will be responsible for unwrapping the pallet and getting the couch inside. It is fitted with four lockable castor wheels, so is fairly easy to manoeuvre.
With our pallet delivery service, a member of the Avalon team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date that suits you. On the chosen working day, our courier will reach out to you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA), ensuring your schedule can accommodate the delivery.
Delivery to UK Mainland is FREE!*
*Excluding Scottish Lowlands and Highlands. These areas will incur a surcharge, which is calculated at checkout.
*Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions that may affect delivery to your property, such as narrow roads, limited turning space, or other obstacles that could prevent access by a large vehicle. Our standard pallet deliveries are made using lorries of up to 26 tonnes. If access is not suitable for such vehicles, we can arrange delivery using a smaller vehicle, such as a Luton van; however, please note that this service will incur an additional charge.
- Please check your deliveries carefully before signing. Check that no damage has occurred in transit, whilst the driver is present. If the parcel is damaged either refuse it, or sign for it as “damaged”.
- We also ask that you inspect your couch thoroughly after unpacking, and, if goods are not in perfect condition please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that we are unable to accept any claims after this time.
In-House Installation 🚚
For those who prefer a more comprehensive solution, our In-House Installation Service goes a step further by not only delivering your new treatment couch but also professionally installing it in your desired location within your home. Our team of experts handle all the heavy lifting and setup, ensuring your delivery experience is stress-free and seamless. A demonstration can also be provided.
You can book your installation date in advance to ensure we can accommodate your preferred schedule. We pride ourselves on our flexibility with delivery times, and in most cases, we can deliver as early as 7am. This allows you to receive your brand new treatment couch before your working day begins, ensuring minimal disruption to your routine.
This service is available in select counties for £150 + VAT.
