I recently ordered a massage couch head attachment from Avalon Couches and realised that I only needed a cover protector so I cancelled my order!

I contacted the helpline and explained the situation and a lovely and helpful lady named Larissa King who was extremely prompt in arranging a full refund for me!

First class service from Larissa at Avalon couches. I have a 17 year old treatment room couch which is still going strong and looks great. It stopped wanting to go down, which is a massive problem in a treatment room! I emailed Avalon and Larissa was on the phone by 9am the next day. I could have an engineer with me by the following day if need be. We discussed the problem more and got a better diagnosis which was something we could sort and fit ourselves. I ordered the part and immediately received a message to say the order had been received and with the tracking info. I would highly recommend this company and Larissa who have made me able to keep on working!

I can't recommend Avalon Couches highly enough. I needed a couch urgently and they not only pulled out all the stops but were so helpful, friendly, efficient and the care they took loading the couch into my car was superb. I went to Avalon couches as in ne of the clinics I treat in they have an Avalon couch and a friend of mine has had one for 8 years and they really are well made and comfortable. Beautifully made sturdy couches and perfect delivery and service from both Larissa (who was very patient with me changing my mind about extras) and the delivery team. The two gentleman were very polite, cheerful and quick to get everything put together professionally. They arrived early and made sure I was happy throughout the process.
